I'm all for "LEGAL" immigration, but I'm sick and tired of being called a racist and a bigot just because I'm opposed to "ILLEGAL" imigration, i.e. those millions of people who slip into our country through the backdoor illegally and not through the normal legal means of gaining admittance into this country. I've listened to Savage and Limbaugh many times and they're not opposed to "LEGAL" immigration, and the writer of this article knows it. They are against "ILLEGAL" immigration, and want to see our immigration laws enforced and our borders protected. There's a big difference here that's being totally glossed over..uhm... distorted in this article. It is within our right as a sovereign nation to enforce our immigration laws and protect our borders from invaders of all sorts. Every other civilized country on the map does it--why shouldn't--or rather--why don't we? And speaking of racist organizations, "The National Council of La Raza" is the epitome of such. Doesn't "La RAZA mean "THE RACE?" What "RACE" are they representing, if it isn't those very law-breakers (or should I say Mexicans/Hispanics who enter our country illegally? GET REAL and GET THE TRUTH! What a disingenuous, load-of-crap biased article! Illegal immigration is bad. Mabey they went too far with it i don't know i didn't listen to the programs. Too far meaning they made the legal hispanics look bad too. Just saying this becuase i'm tired of people siding with the people breaking our laws.
